I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalyst with over 25 years of experience working withadults 18+ with concerns about eating, exercise, weight, and body image, as well as a wide rangeof other issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship/family problems, trauma, identityissues, college mental health, career concerns, and life transitions. Starting therapy can bedifficult, and I strive to create a warm, collaborative and nonjudgmental space in which you cansafely explore yourself and how you relate to others, and work through current challenges andobstacles in your life. I participate actively in the therapeutic dialogue, and I view psychotherapyas a shared journey of self-discovery that can lead to lasting change.
