Fee Information

Fees are flexible and are assessed individually by each therapist. Your therapist will discuss the fee with you at the first session using guidelines that take into consideration your income and other available resources (including insurance) as well your financial obligations.

Most health insurance plans are accepted if you have out of network mental health benefits. If you must have a therapist who is an in-network provider for your insurance plan, please inform the Consultant who contacts you or look at the insurance information on members’ profiles.

Although many people wish to work with an in-network provider, we have found that there is considerable variation among plans, and that, in fact, sometimes an out of network plan after a deductible is the best option. Using your out of network plan will give you the greatest flexibility in finding the best psychologist for you. Many therapists who are not in-network providers on your insurance plan will frequently accept a reduced fee.
