I consider therapy a cooperative and interactive process where I can offer my experience in listening carefully and find a path to use your strengths to feel better in your relationships, your work and your body. Therapy should be a safe place in which to untangle depression and anxiety which may be situational or long term. Feeling troubled by relationships with our partners, young children, adult children, parents, work challenges, medical issues and many life changes may lead us to seek help. I have experience working with the painful experiences of abuse, trauma, and loss, whether recent or old.

I work with children, parents, and couples. I have experience helping those dealing with medical crises, illness, relationships with elderly parents, and depression. For those who have panic attacks, medical issues, are facing surgery or experiencing chronic pain, I often teach self-hynosis, a useful tool in conjunction with therapy.
