I have a particular interest in helping people with personality and relationship problems. In therapy I try to create an environment where patients will feel safe sharing and exploring all their thoughts and feelings about themselves, so that we can trace how these affect their daily experiences. To do this we may also examine the person’s moment to moment experience in therapy.
